Our customers often contact us with measurement or control needs without knowing which specific equipment they need, or they have requirements for particular geometries and / or materials of the pieces.
It therefore becomes essential to discuss with our technical staff, who may decide to carry out tests on customer’s samples to recommend the most suitable instrumentation for his specific need.
Our metrological consultancy is strongly focused on finding the best technical solution while meeting the budget established by the customer.
How does metrological consultancy take place?
A first consultancy by phone is, most of the time, sufficient to establish the most appropriate instruments.
Sometimes, however, the needs can be particular and very different from each other.
In these cases, our metrology service provides the possibility of carrying out tests in our laboratory, in order to determine the correct equipment and / or configuration suitable for the application.
In other cases, our technicians can go directly to the customer’s warehouse to carry out tests and recommend the type of instrumentation required.
