Holiday detectors – SAHD-101 SAHD-102

Holiday detector is a non destructive testing gauge used to inspect coatings over conductive substrates. Coatings exposure to atmospheric agents leads to a natural decay of their protective capacity; pin holes invisible to the naked eye may compromise the underlying structure. Holiday detectors are able to highlight, both acoustically and visually, even the smallest flaw in order to evaluate the coatings’ performance. This instrument is widely used to inspect coated pipelines, tanks and so on.
